ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18
ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18柱是超高效通用性C18色譜柱,用于提供對堿性分析物的優(yōu)異峰形、提高保留(相對于ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱),以及在低pH條件下的極長柱壽命。HSS C18柱所表現(xiàn)出的選擇性與保留性與大多數(shù)現(xiàn)代全封端的硅膠C18色譜柱色譜行為較為相近。
ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18 SB
ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18SB(SB:Selectivity for Bases,為堿性分析物提供特別選擇性)是未經(jīng)封端的C18固定相,專門設(shè)計(jì)用于提供“不同的"選擇性。該固定相優(yōu)化用于低pH條件下方法開發(fā)并提供補(bǔ)充的選擇性,特別是對于堿性化合物而言,與大多數(shù)現(xiàn)代的、全封端的硅膠C18色譜柱相比,選擇性差異較大。
ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3
ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3設(shè)計(jì)用于解決分離科學(xué)家共同面對的分析難題:保留水溶性的、極性大的小分子有機(jī)化合物。HSS T3固定相是與100%水溶液流動相兼容的C18固定相,設(shè)計(jì)用于保留和分離極性有機(jī)物,與Atlantis T3 HPLC色譜柱的色譜行為很像。
ACQUITY UPLC HSS氰基柱
ACQUITY UPLC HSS氰基柱適用于改善對堿性化合物的保留與峰形,并提供在低pH條件下的優(yōu)異峰形與柱壽命。它所采用的氰丙基配體提供低疏水性,可以快速分析強(qiáng)疏水性分析物,并可以靈活用于反相和正相色譜。
ACQUITY UPLC HSS PFP柱
ACQUITY UPLC HSS PFP柱為分析方法開發(fā)科學(xué)家提供了*、有力的選擇性工具(與直鏈烷烴固定相相比)。五氟苯基(PFP:Pentafluorophenyl,或又稱全氟苯基)配體提供多重保留機(jī)制包括:氫鍵作用、偶極-偶極作用、芳香性(π-π)作用,以及疏水(反相)作用,當(dāng)試圖分離異構(gòu)性的、芳香性的、或是鹵代的化合物特別有用。
